In very rare situations, you may be unable to play our eLearning training videos. The most common cause for this is an out-of-date computer. Follow your computer's instructions for how to apply the latest Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac or Linux Updates and then try playing the video again.
If you are still unable to play the video, try downloading the VLC Media Player. This media player will open all formats, on all platforms.
